Do you sell EVENT tickets only?

No, im afraid we do not. All our match packages require a minimum of 01nts hotel accommodation or travel arrangements. 

Do you not have any reductions for children/infaNTS?

All our event tickets are adult tickets, whilst children are welcome to use the tickets when travelling with an adult, there will be no reductions in price. We will however have reductions for children/infants staying in hotel rooms with adults and any savings will be passed on to you.

Why does an Infant need a ticket?

All persons entering a stadium require a ticket this includes infants. Please note that Stadium Sports Bars and Hospitality lounges can be very lively at any football match. 

What is included in the cost?

Included in the costs are your event ticket, hotel/travel that you have selected, and all the inclusions listed under the package details selected. 

Will my tickets arrive in time?

You will receive a confirmation shortly after booking, this will confirm all details of your package. 7-10 Days prior to travel you will receive you itinerary and travel documentation. As all our tours are hosted by our Tour managers they will have all event tickets with them and will dispatch to you on the tour. 

Do i need travel insurance?

Yes, SeeSport advises all customers to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover against unexpected losses and medical cover. Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to cover against cancellation. Please note SeeSports DOES NOT sell travel insurance and its NOT included in your package price and you should contact your insurance provider to arrange.

​I can no longer travel can i have a refund?

All deposits are 100% non refundable, once the final balance is paid 8 weeks before departure then this is also non refundable. Please note your are booking the event tour and not the date.  If you are cancelling for an insurable reason you could make a claim for losses from your travel insurance company.

What are long side and short side?

Long side tickets are located along the side of the pitch. Short side tickets are located behind the goal line (nets).

WhAT happens when the EVENT kick off date moves?

SeeSports will move your tour to match the new dates. Fixtures and kick off times change for a number of reasons including TV scheduling, cup competitions etc, SeeSports cannot be held responsible for those changes and we will not be held responsible for any travel arrangement that you have made outside of what we have booked. Please note we do not advise you to arrange flights until kick off times have been Finalised. 

Will we all be seated together at the EVENT?

We endeavour to seat all travellers together at events. Please note that is not always possible for larger groups. Groups please contact us for a dedicated quote and to check group space.

We are travelling on your coach tour when will i get my tickets?

Your itinerary along with the details of the tour manager who will be escorting the group are emailed approximately 7 to 10 days before departure. As our coach tours are escorted by a Tour Manager, they will dispatch your match tickets onboard the coach.

Can i get my tickets for the away END?

Unfortunately no, all our Football match tours are for the home team only and you will be in the home end. Some of our match packages are in a neutral area and away supporters are welcome, However there must be no open support and no team colours are to be displayed. Failure to do this may have you refused entry or ejected from the stadium.

Can i change my hotel or add extra nights?

We work with lots of hotels and if you would prefer to stay in a different hotel or to add extra nights then please contact us and we can tailor the package for you.

Can I pay a Deposit?

Yes, for all our Tour packages you can secure your place with a deposit, listed on the screen, due at the time of booking, with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. All bookings inside 8 weeks require full payment at the time of booking. Please contact us if you would like to pay a deposit.
